Prices for custom work are quoted on a per-project basis. Unless stated otherwise, our custom app solutions are offered on a one-time payment basis with no recurring fees charged by us. Any third-party costs (such as hosting or platform fees) are the responsibility of the client.

3. Client Responsibilities

Provide accurate information and timely access to any accounts, assets, or systems required to complete the project.
Review and provide feedback on deliverables within agreed timeframes.
Ensure you have the legal right to any content, data, or materials you provide to us.

4. Intellectual Property & Ownership

Upon full payment for a project, ownership of the custom source code and deliverables created specifically for you is transferred to you, as specified in your project agreement. BroTech Solution may retain the right to reuse general, non-client-specific code, libraries, and know-how. Any pre-existing tools or frameworks remain our property.

5. Payment Terms

Payment schedules will be defined in your project agreement, which may include an upfront deposit. Work may be paused or withheld until due payments are received. All fees are non-refundable once work has commenced, except as required by law.

6. Warranties & Support

We deliver our work to professional standards and provide a support period as stated in your project agreement. This warranty does not cover issues arising from modifications made by third parties, changes to the Shopify platform, or misuse of the delivered software.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BroTech Solution shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or data, arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant service.

8. Third-Party Platforms

Our services may involve third-party platforms such as Shopify and Google Play. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or responsible for the policies or actions of these platforms. You are responsible for complying with their respective terms of service.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate a project agreement in accordance with its terms. Fees for work completed up to the point of termination remain payable.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which BroTech Solution operates. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
